Bing Carburetor Rebuilding
Ship us your pair of BMW Bing carburetors and we'll send them back clean, rebuilt, and set up to run, typically about 7 business days after we receive them. Every rebuild includes complete disassembly and inspection, ultrasonic cleaning, vapor honing for a like-new finish, new gaskets and O-rings, new jets and needles, rejetting for climate or performance when required, complete reassembly and initial setup, and technical support after installation. Final synchronization and fine tuning should be performed once they're installed back on your motorcycle.
Bing 26mm (R50/5, R60/5, R60/6, R60/7): $490 for the pair
Bing 32mm/40mm (R75, R80, R90, R100): $550 for the pair
To book a rebuild, email hello@boxermetal.com and we'll send you shipping instructions.
BMW /2 Conversion Disc Brake Upgrade
With more power, you might want to consider more braking for your /2 conversion. The $600 base kit gets you a good used brake rotor and 2-piston caliper, which is plenty of brakes for a solo bike, and we can also work with used parts or parts you already have. We can also offer dual discs, 320mm floating rotors, floating calipers (the best way to go), new and used parts when available, custom stainless braided lines, and small 15mm bore master cylinders.
If you want more than the basic kit or have any questions, email hello@boxermetal.com.
