Our friend Mario wanted to build a cafe racer so he found a well loved R100R to start with.
We converted the rear drive to a disc brake, added 4 piston calipers off of a BMW K1, machined the top of the upper top clamp, found a police tank in Holland, modified the GS style rear frame to look more like the stock frame of a R100 from the 1970’s, added 38mm Dellorto carburetors and built a custom exhaust using a hand made muffler from Craig Hanson, LSL clip ons and Boxer Metal rear sets
Here are links to some of the parts we used on this build
Powder coated alloy wheels
License plate bracket with taillight
Tuned custom exhaust
All of the other parts were custom made in our shop.
